Lisa is an organisational learning and development specialist with 20 years’ experience in all facets of workplace learning. She has a particular interest in the evaluation of need, the evaluation of effectiveness/impact, calculating return on expectations (ROE), and the transfer of learning to build capability, effect lasting behavioural change and improve business results.



Lisa's qualifications include an MBA (specialising in HRM and HRD), a Master of Adult Education, Graduate Certificates in Management and Training and Development, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110). She regularly lectures with the Australian Institute of Training and Development, the University of New England, and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM). Lisa is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAITD), a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES). Lisa has written case studies in two recently published textbooks on HRD and OD, numerous articles for the AITD's Training and Development in Australia journal, and is a regular speaker at conferences and events.



Lisa has worked across financial services, education, professional services, ICT and government (all levels). Current and recent clients include: ASIC, the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Training and Development, CBA, the HR Space, Open Colleges, Riskflo Associates, Standards Australia, Sydney Olympic Park Authority, UTS, Vodafone, Wavelength International, and Woollahra City Council.




Sean is an organisational learning & development specialist and executive coach with 25 years’ experience. He has been rewarded with prestigious international research grants in the form of a 2012 Churchill Fellowship and the 2015 Fulbright Professional Scholarship in vocational education and training. He has led the L&D function in several large government organisations and has practical experience as a lecturer in the tertiary and vocational education sectors. He has been involved in coaching for the past seven years with over 1,000 logged hours and has been certified at all three levels with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.


Sean has Masters degrees in Education and in Australian Studies and post-graduate qualifications in management. He has also undertaken post-graduate studies in management (organisation behaviour) at Harvard university. He is the author of more than 60 articles, book chapters, conference papers and monographs and is also the author/editor of five books. Sean has been a member of the AITD and AHRI for the past ten years. He is also a graduate of theAustralian Institute of Company Directors.


Sean has worked with numerous government agencies such as: the NSW and Victorian Public Service Commissions, the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Border Protection, NSW Department of Family & Community Services, NSW Department of Environment and Heritage, NSW Department of Planning, Transport for NSW, Local Government NSW, NSW Department of Education and Communities.

He has also worked with corporate clients including: Commonwealth Bank, Aqualand, Garvan Institute, Boroughs chartered accountants, the Lowy Institute, the National Relay Service, Genworth and a wide range of non-government organisations such as: CatholicCare, Mission Australia, YPlatforms, Moree Area Homelessness Services, Newtown Neighbourhood Centre, St Vincent DePaul Society, Youth Off the Streets and Albury Youth Employment Services.
